Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building long-term client relationships, and expanding market presence in the surveillance and office automation sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, residential, and commercial sectors.
  • Manage existing client accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and provide technical insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with the service and technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on market trends and competitors.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and handle negotiations effectively.
  • Report sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the management team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within surveillance, security systems, networking, or office automation industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience & performance)
