Job Title: Sales Manager – Wooden House Division
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations for wooden houses. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B and/or B2C sales, with strong skills in client relationship management, lead conversion, and strategic planning. You will play a key role in promoting sustainable living through the sale of eco-friendly wooden homes, glamping units, resorts, and custom-built timber structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, hospitality, and real estate sectors.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and client consultation to deal closure and post-sales support.
- Build strong relationships with architects, developers, hospitality owners, real estate agents, and individual buyers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to explain product specifications and design possibilities.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales performance using CRM tools.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of sales experience in construction, prefabricated buildings, wooden structures, real estate, or hospitality project can be a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, eco-friendly building practices, or modular home systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and events.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
