JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES MANAGER
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a strong background in Electrical/Electronics industry to lead sales initiatives across Government bodies and B2B markets. The ideal candidate will possess proven sales expertise, excellent client relationship management skills, and proficiency in advanced tools like MS Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets across Government and B2B sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in government organizations, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and tenders in line with client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, project, and finance) to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using Advanced Excel and Microsoft tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and client expectations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field. MBA in Marketing/Sales is an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of proven sales experience in Electrical/Electronics domain, with exposure to Government bodies and B2B markets.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Reports, Dashboards) and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead sales discussions with senior stakeholders and government officials.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented professional.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
