With a strong focus on creativity, customer satisfaction, and excellence, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
- Lead and manage the sales team by providing training, guidance, motivation, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and lead-generation activities.
- Track and manage sales performance through CRM systems and project management tools.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to management.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely payment collection.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer demands to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with project and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in interiors, décor, or related industries.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and project management tools.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets within deadlines with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and client relationship management skills.
- Strong command of English (both spoken and written).
Work Environment & Benefits
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite
