Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Monitor sales activities and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team knowledge of forex products, platforms, and sales techniques.

Sales Strategy & Development

  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to expand the company’s client base.
  • Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential business channels.
  • Ensure the team actively promotes company products and services to potential clients.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track sales KPIs and ensure timely achievement of revenue goals.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to guide decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the forex/financial services industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of forex trading platforms, products, and industry regulations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
