Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor sales activities and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team knowledge of forex products, platforms, and sales techniques.
Sales Strategy & Development
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to expand the company’s client base.
- Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential business channels.
- Ensure the team actively promotes company products and services to potential clients.
Performance Monitoring
- Track sales KPIs and ensure timely achievement of revenue goals.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to guide decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the forex/financial services industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of forex trading platforms, products, and industry regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
