We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead institutional and corporate sales for our fitness equipment business. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving business growth and expand market presence. The ideal candidate should have B2B (Business-to-Business) sales background, strong networking and relationship-building skills, knowledge of fitness equipment, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.

Key responsibilities:
*Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans tailored to institutional and corporate clients.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
*Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
*Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close high-value deals.
*Ensure timely collection of payments and manage client accounts effectively.
*Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine strategies.

Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
*Relevant experience in institutional/corporate/B2B sales (experience in fitness, sports, wellness, or related industry is an advantage).
*Strong understanding of sales principles, customer behaviour, and market dynamics.
*Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
*Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
