Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Customer Service

  • Greet and engage customers in showrooms, exhibitions, and retail outlets.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable mattresses and furniture products.
  • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and warranty terms effectively.
  • Ensure excellent after-sales service and customer satisfaction.

2. Business Development

  • Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors.
  • Identify new sales opportunities in local markets and expand dealer network.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

3. Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on product specifications, pricing, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.
  • Support promotional activities, campaigns, and product launches.

4. Sales Operations

  • Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and collection details.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and repeat customers.
  • Coordinate with logistics/warehouse for smooth product delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
