On this journey, you will report to “Regional Manager, Supply”.
Job Description-
Improve rider experience through prompt resolution of concerns

Identify and investigate fraud cases

Process insurance claims efficiently

Provide frontline support for rider issues (payments, account blocks, behavioural concerns, etc.)

Maintain an issue logbook with timestamps and resolution status
-
Route complex issues to relevant departments (Rider Support, Fleet, Payments)

Offer direct support at the city hubs for suspensions, offboarding, incorrect charges, JazzCash/Easypaisa adjustments, snatching case escalations and city change requests.

Contribute to the improvement of Rider NPS and RSAT scores
Qualifications-
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant.

You have at least 1 - 2 years’ experience in the relevant field.
