We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in outdoor sales and distributor/wholesaler engagement. The role involves driving sales growth, building strong relationships with trade partners, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow distributor/wholesaler network.
• Conduct outdoor sales visits and achieve sales targets.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure timely collections.
• Monitor stock levels, market trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in FMCG outdoor sales & distribution management.
• Experience in managing a team preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
• Market knowledge and willingness to travel.
• Bachelors degree preferred
