JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager Sales to lead and manage a high-performing team of 50 sales agents, supported by two Team Leads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets, managing large teams, and handling annual revenue streams of ₹5-6 crore or more. This role demands strategic thinking, excellent leadership, and a deep understanding of sales operations and performance management

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Lead, coach, and manage a sales team of 50 agents through 2 direct-reporting Team Leads.

Ø Drive the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and KPIs.

Ø Plan and execute sales strategies to generate consistent revenue growth.

Ø Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and support for improvement.

Ø Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

Ø Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews for team members.

Ø Ensure high levels of agent productivity and conversion efficiency.

Ø Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.

Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Operations for smooth execution of sales campaigns and initiatives.

Ø Handle escalations and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Ø Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Ø Minimum 6 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.

Ø Proven experience managing large teams (50+ agents) and revenue responsibility of ₹5-6 crore or more annually.

Ø Strong leadership, motivational, and team-building skills.

Ø Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.

Ø Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ø Hands-on experience with CRM software and sales performance tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
