Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, Capable of managing sales team operations, building client relationships, and achieving company sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with brand goals.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and strategic plans based on market analysis.
  • Manage budgets, incentive programs, and sales operations logistics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
