Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction, interior fit-out, and renovation sectors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Prepare and deliver project proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the estimation and project teams to ensure timely submission of tenders and proposals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to develop new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts in coordination with the management team.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project pipelines using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings to promote brand visibility.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
