𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰⁣

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead B2B sales in the KSA and support our global expansion. You’ll play a key role in acquiring and managing enterprise clients in construction, ConTech, and PropTech sectors.

Full-time, On-site or Hybrid. Career path to Account Director.

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬⁣

🔹Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to meet revenue targets

🔹Identify new leads, clients, and distribution channels

🔹Deliver compelling product demos and client presentations

🔹Build and manage long-term relationships with key accounts

🔹Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and client engagement

🔹Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs

🔹Monitor market trends and competitor activities

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬⁣

✅Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)

✅Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or a related field

✅Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or B2B SaaS sales in KSA

✅Strong knowledge of the ConTech/PropTech/Construction market

✅Experience with Autodesk AEC tools (BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks) is a strong plus

✅Skilled in negotiation, client engagement, and CRM tools

✅Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
