Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the education sector?
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our admissions and business development operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational sales or similar industries and a proven ability to achieve targets and grow student enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase student admissions.
  • Create monthly sales plans and set targets for the upcoming month.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with potential leads and ensure high conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, achievements, and forecasts.
  • Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Manager (preferably in an education or training institute).
  • Proven experience in achieving sales and enrollment targets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,750.00 per month
