We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our admissions and business development operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational sales or similar industries and a proven ability to achieve targets and grow student enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase student admissions.
- Create monthly sales plans and set targets for the upcoming month.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential leads and ensure high conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, achievements, and forecasts.
- Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Manager (preferably in an education or training institute).
- Proven experience in achieving sales and enrollment targets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
