We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through research, networking, and cold outreach
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success, product) to ensure client satisfaction
  • Track sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM system
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-5 years of proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license (if travel required)

Preferred Qualifications
