We are looking for a Sales Manager for Metal Industry is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets by managing a sales team, building client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and coordinating with production and marketing departments to meet customer needs for fabricated wood and metal products. Key duties include setting sales goals, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.


Sales Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and meet revenue goals.


Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team, setting objectives and monitoring their performance using tools like CRM and key performance indicators (KPIs).


Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing insights for product improvement.


Market Analysis:

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends in wood and metal manufacturing.


Sales Performance:

Track and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and ensuring profitability in sales.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with other departments, such as marketing, production, Project team and BMI management , to ensure smooth communication and customer-focused solutions.


Business Development:

Identify potential clients, manage key accounts, and participate in pricing strategies and contract negotiations.


Sales Cycle Management:

Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to order fulfilment and after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction.
