We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee both retail and fleet sales operations for the Roewe brand in Dubai . The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the UAE automotive market, strong connections in the fleet and leasing sectors, and a passion for leading high-performing retail sales teams. The role requires a strategic thinker who can grow the brand in both B2C and B2B channels.

Responsibilities


Retail Sales (B2C):

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase retail unit sales for Roewe models.
  • Lead and manage the retail sales team in showroom(s), ensuring performance targets are achieved.
  • Train and motivate retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer experience, from lead generation to post-sale follow-up.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute showroom campaigns, test drive events, and local promotions.


Fleet Sales (B2B):

  • Build and maintain relationships with fleet clients including corporate customers, rental/leasing companies, government entities, and SMEs.
  • Develop tailored fleet proposals, pricing strategies, and tender documents.
  • Identify and pursue new fleet opportunities to grow volume and market share.
  • Maintain a database of key accounts and track renewals, expansions, and aftersales support.
  • Liaise with operations and logistics for timely vehicle delivery, registration, and documentation for fleet customers.


General / Cross-Functional:

  • Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitor activity across both retail and fleet segments.
  • Provide detailed monthly sales reports, forecasts, and strategic updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with the UAE automotive laws, RTA regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinate closely with aftersales/service team to ensure excellent post-sale support and long-term client retention.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of sales experience in the UAE automotive industry , with at least 3 years managing both retail and fleet sales .
  • Previous experience with Chinese automotive brands is a major plus.
  • Strong network of fleet/leasing/rental contacts in Dubai and broader UAE market.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.
