The Sales Manager leads Heritage Roofing & Exteriors’ sales department, overseeing

all residential and commercial roofing sales operations. This position is responsible for

building, training, and managing a high-performing sales team that achieves company

revenue goals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction. The Sales

Manager plays a key role in driving company growth through leadership, strategic

planning, and hands-on field engagement. They serve as the primary link between

ownership, production, and customers to ensure seamless project execution and

professional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

 Recruit, train, and manage a team of roofing sales representatives.

 Set individual and team performance goals aligned with company objectives.

 Conduct regular training sessions, ride-alongs, and performance reviews.

 Foster a motivated and accountable sales culture focused on professionalism

and integrity.

 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.

 Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including close ratios and profit

margins.

 The ability to write and ensure accurate estimating, contract presentation, and

documentation through CRM systems (JobNimbus or similar).

 Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and manage territory

development.

 Maintain relationships with homeowners, adjusters, property managers, and

realtors.

 Oversee customer communications from lead assignment through project

closeout.

 Ensure a positive customer experience by coordinating closely with Production

and Claims teams.

 Represent Heritage Roofing & Exteriors at local events and community outreach

initiatives.

Qualifications:

 Minimum 3–5 years of experience in roofing, exterior, or construction sales.

 Proven leadership or management experience within a sales team environment.

 Strong understanding of residential and commercial roofing systems.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and team development skills.

 Proficiency in Xactimate, Jobnimbus and digital lead management platforms.

 Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

 Experience with insurance restoration or storm-related roofing sales, preferred.

 Familiarity with JobNimbus, AccuLynx, or similar CRM systems, preferred

 Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

 Background in developing sales strategies and compensation structures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
