Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities in domestic and export markets.
  • Forecast sales volumes and monitor market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Visit major clients regularly to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle client negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures.

3. Team Leadership

  • Manage and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
  • Train team members on product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and reporting to management.

4. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify new customer segments and competitor activities.
  • Recommend product development or pricing adjustments based on market insights.

5. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with the production, design, and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for promotions, trade shows, and exhibitions
