Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Identify and build relationships with new B2B and retail customers.
  • Oversee daily sales operations, including quotations, follow-ups, and order processing.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales (auto spare parts industry preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of car makes, models, and spare parts.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
