Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, management, and B2B sales, with a proven ability to develop strategic relationships and expand market presence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee key accounts, implement marketing strategies, and utilize technology tools to optimize sales performance. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's success through effective leadership, customer engagement, and innovative business development initiatives.

Duties

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide the BD team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Generate new leads through cold calls, networking, and client meetings.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail and designer segments.
  • Act as SPOC for key clients — from inquiry to project completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) for smooth execution.
  • Maintain sales reports, track performance, and share updates with management.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities for business growth

Experience

  • Proven track record in outside sales, management, and B2B sales environments
  • Strong background in technical or technology sales preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated success in business development and account management roles
  • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with analytical abilities for market analysis and strategy formulation
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing sales team
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships
  • Prior experience in marketing, technical sales, or related fields will be considered an asset

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
