About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Sales Manager with in-depth expertise in UAE business setup and PRO services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive sales growth through proactive lead generation and intelligent sales planning, even in the absence of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies for Freezone, Mainland, and Offshore company formation.
  • Oversee the entire sales pipeline, ensuring timely lead follow-ups, client engagement, and deal closure.
  • Identify and generate leads from various platforms (LinkedIn, business forums, digital channels, referrals) without reliance on active marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize CRM systems efficiently for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales projections, revenue forecasts, and performance reports to management.
  • Collaborate closely with PRO, accounting, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company in business meetings, networking events, and exhibitions to build strong brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Setup and PRO services within the UAE.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of UAE licensing structures, government processes, and Freezone/Mainland regulations.
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strategic thinker with experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and team leadership.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative and accountability.
