We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the construction industry. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth market knowledge, proven sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify new business opportunities within the construction sector.
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and key clients.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress, follow up on leads, and close sales efficiently.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the construction sector.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, elevators/lifts, hardware, or related products.
- Excellent knowledge of local and regional markets.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
