About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the Jewellery industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a sales team effectively to achieve company targets.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily sales operations.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
• Train, motivate, and guide the sales team.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Jewellery field.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
• Proven track record in sales management or team leadership.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Based on experience and performance.
