As a Sales Manager at a leading company based in Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer relationships across the UAE. In this role, you will work closely with key clients, distributors, and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, negotiate agreements, and drive revenue growth. You will focus on building strong partnerships, optimizing sales channels, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit

  • 5–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in food, poultry, or frozen product industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong expertise in key account management, client relationship building, and negotiation.
  • Experience handling distributors, corporate accounts, or B2B clients in the UAE or GCC.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team leader with experience managing and mentoring sales teams.
