About the Company

Our Nursery is a well-established nursery and landscaping company in Dubai, specializing in plant supply, irrigation systems, and garden design. We are expanding our Garden Center retail operations and are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Garden Center showroom and outdoor plant sales area.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail and corporate clients.
• Coordinate with procurement and nursery teams to ensure product availability and quality.
• Analyze sales trends and prepare regular reports for management.
• Ensure the store layout, signage, and product displays are attractive and updated.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and after-sales service professionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Horticulture, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales or retail management experience (preferably in garden centers, nurseries, or landscaping).
• Strong knowledge of plants, garden products, and irrigation materials.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
• Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
