Overview:

A leading high-end furniture brand is seeking an exceptional Sales Manager - Luxury Furniture to spearhead its growth and expansion in the UAE market.


Role Purpose:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to strengthen market positioning, build long-term relationships with key partners, and achieve ambitious sales targets. This is a pivotal role for someone who combines deep market insight with exceptional relationship-building and leadership skills.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an effective sales strategy and execution plan aligned with the company’s business objectives.

• Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities across multiple segments:

- B2B2C: Designers and architects.

- B2B: Real estate developers, hospitality, and corporate spaces.

- B2C: High-net-worth individuals and private clients.

• Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with design offices, architectural studios, and key decision-makers in the premium interiors market.

• Oversee the full sales cycle, ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial engagement to delivery and after-sales support.

• Establish clear sales milestones, KPIs, and performance reporting structures.


Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience within the luxury furniture, interiors, or fit-out sectors in the UAE.
  • Proven network of relationships with leading design and architectural firms.
