This development is positioned to become one of Dubai’s most unique architectural statements and a new reference point in luxury living.


We are looking for a sophisticated Sales Manager with experience handling HNW / UHNW clientele to represent Muraba with confidence, precision, and elevated service standards.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Execution

  • Drive sales for Muraba’s properties by executing targeted strategies to attract affluent local and international buyers.
  • Build, develop and maintain trusted relationships with HNW / VIP clients, offering a high-touch, consultative sales approach.
  • Identify opportunities to connect with qualified prospects across the UAE, GCC, India, Europe and other key luxury buyer markets.

Broker & Partner Network Management

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with top-tier agents/agencies capable of representing Muraba’s positioning and clientele.
  • Activate and expand the luxury broker network to generate qualified leads and maximise exposure for Muraba Veil.

Market Intelligence & Advisory

  • Stay updated on luxury real estate trends, competitive landscape, pricing movement and relevant market shifts.
  • Support strategic decision-making by bringing fresh insights from both primary and secondary market activity.

Client Experience & Brand Representation

  • Uphold Muraba’s design philosophy and architectural narrative, reflecting the uniqueness of a Pritzker Prize-designed development.
  • Maintain a premium, curated client experience aligned with Muraba’s refined aesthetic and brand values.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Track sales pipeline, client movement, conversion activity and performance data.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement in commercial strategy.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury real estate sales within the Dubai / UAE market.
  • Strong ability to communicate with, influence and convert HNW / VIP clients.
  • Demonstrated success in closing transactions involving luxury residential properties.
  • If you have a proven track record working with HNW / VIP clientele and closing high-value luxury deals — you could be a strong fit for this role.
  • Active broker / realtor network in Dubai is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of luxury buyer motivations, decision triggers and value perception.
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented and service-driven mindset.
