Job Title: Sales Manager – Showroom

Job Summary

We are Dynamic Technology CO. W.L.L seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage the operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, distribution channels, and system integrator solutions, with proven experience in driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. This role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Management

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve showroom sales targets and overall business objectives.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and implement improvement plans when necessary.
  • Identify new business opportunities across retail, distribution, and system integrator segments.
  • Manage pricing, margin control, and sales forecasting.

Showroom Operations

  • Ensure the showroom is presented professionally, aligned with brand standards, and optimized for customer engagement.
  • Oversee product display, inventory levels, and stock movement to maximize sales potential.
  • Ensure all customer interactions maintain high-quality service and satisfaction.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and motivate the showroom sales team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skill development programs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, technical support) to support sales operations.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and system integrator partners.
  • Handle major client inquiries, high-value sales, and escalations.
  • Conduct regular visits to partner accounts and manage B2B sales pipelines.

Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the management team to improve product positioning and showroom performance.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Experience in retail operations, distribution management, and system integrator sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities and team management experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and MS Office.
  • Customer-focused and results-driven approach.
