Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our US Campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the US market
• Monitor team performance and ensure targets are consistently met
• Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations
• Maintain sales reports and track KPIs
• Ensure high-quality client communication and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with management to improve sales processes and results

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (BPO/Packaging industry preferred)
• Proven experience in managing and leading sales teams
• Strong understanding of US sales campaigns
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a strong ability to work under pressure
• Must be willing to work night shift (US timings)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
