Responsibilities
  • Achieving sales targets for industrial refrigerants in assigned markets or domains
  • Identify and win new business with distributors and industrial end users while maintaining and growing existing key accounts.
  • Build strong technical understanding of refrigerants and related products to propose suitable solutions and support customers' application needs.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and ensure timely order closure and collections.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and project pipelines, and report regular sales forecasts and activity updates to management.
  • Coordinate closely with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth delivery, after-sales support, and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and promotional activities to build Green Cooling's brand in the refrigerant market
Qualifications
  • Bachelors in chemical engineering or Equivalent
  • Minimum 4-5 years sales experience in HVAC or chemical industry. Experience in refrigerant industry will be an added advantage.
  • Must have UAE/GCC market exposure.
  • Holder of valid Driver's license is preferred.
