Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our Umrah, Travel, Tours, and Aviation sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, proven sales leadership, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for Umrah, travel, tour, and aviation services.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and key corporate accounts.
- Oversee pricing, promotions, and customized travel packages.
- Maintain strong relationships with airlines, vendors, agents, and corporate clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and revenue analysis for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Umrah, travel, tours, or aviation sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of airline ticketing, Umrah packages, and travel operations.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
