Role Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven sales professional with strong experience in Fintech or SaaS solutions, capable of managing the full sales cycle and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition for Fintech / SaaS products
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → demo → negotiation → closure
- Engage with CXOs, founders, product heads, and decision-makers
- Understand customer pain points and propose tailored solutions
- Work closely with product, pre-sales, and tech teams
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and pipeline targets
- Maintain CRM with accurate forecasting and reporting
- Upsell/cross-sell to existing clients
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience in Fintech or SaaS
- Strong understanding of products like payments, lending, banking tech, ERP, CRM, APIs, or platforms
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience selling to SMEs, enterprises, or BFSI clients
- Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Good to Have
- Prior experience in banking, NBFCs, payments, loans, cards, or financial platforms
- Exposure to international or enterprise sales
- MBA or relevant business qualification
