Role Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven sales professional with strong experience in Fintech or SaaS solutions, capable of managing the full sales cycle and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition for Fintech / SaaS products
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → demo → negotiation → closure
  • Engage with CXOs, founders, product heads, and decision-makers
  • Understand customer pain points and propose tailored solutions
  • Work closely with product, pre-sales, and tech teams
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and pipeline targets
  • Maintain CRM with accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Upsell/cross-sell to existing clients

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience in Fintech or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of products like payments, lending, banking tech, ERP, CRM, APIs, or platforms
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience selling to SMEs, enterprises, or BFSI clients
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

Good to Have

  • Prior experience in banking, NBFCs, payments, loans, cards, or financial platforms
  • Exposure to international or enterprise sales
  • MBA or relevant business qualification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼30,000.00 - ﷼60,000.00 per month
