URGENT HIRING – SALES MANAGER

Lepharma & Diagnostic (Pvt.) Ltd is urgently looking for a qualified and experienced Sales Manager for its Head Office located in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, driving business growth, overseeing sales teams, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the pharmaceutical market. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on experience in pharma sales and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Manage, guide, and monitor the sales team to ensure optimum performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with doctors, distributors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present progress to management.
• Coordinate with marketing, distribution, and regulatory departments for smooth operations.
• Conduct field visits, market surveys, and competitor analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a relevant role in the distribution of medicines, disposables, and surgical items.
• Strong knowledge of pharma sales cycles, tender processes, and product promotion.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Willing to travel for field activities when required.

Compensation:

• Salary: PKR 80,000 plus commission.

Location and Working Style:

• Physical and office in (Lakson Square) Saddar Area of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.

Reporting and Future Career:

• Direct reporting to Senior Manager Sales, Director, or Management as required.
• Growth opportunities into senior managerial positions.
