A Sales Manager leads a team to achieve revenue goals by developing sales strategies, setting targets, hiring/training staff, analyzing performance data, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, requiring strong leadership, analytical, and relationship-building skills to drive growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies, set achievable goals (quotas), and forecast revenue.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, coach, and motivate sales representatives.
  • Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback.
  • Operations: Oversee daily sales operations, manage CRM systems, and ensure smooth processes.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to align campaigns and improve messaging.
  • Client Relations: Support key negotiations, resolve complex customer issues, and build strong client relationships.

Typical Duties:

  • Conducting team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Reporting sales performance and progress to senior management.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Managing budgets and sales forecasts.
  • Handling complex client deals and contract negotiations.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven sales leadership experience.
  • Deep understanding of sales principles, strategies, and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data.
  • Bachelor's degree (often in Business or Marketing) and prior sales experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
