Position: Sales Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Overview:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving client acquisition, revenue growth, and trading volume through direct sales teams, call centers, and retention channels. This role focuses on FTDs, STDs, client activation, and retention, while ensuring compliance with FX sales practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Growth
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
· Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across assigned markets.
· Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
Team Leadership & Management
· Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales executives or account managers.
· Set individual and team KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
· Conduct training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Client & Partner Management
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, IBs, affiliates, and partners.
· Support the team in handling high-value or strategic accounts.
· Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and partnership agreements.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
· Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
· Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for senior management.
· Use CRM systems to track activities, forecast revenue, and optimize sales processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work closely with marketing, compliance, operations, and product teams.
· Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
· Provide market feedback to support product and campaign improvements.
Requirements & Skills
Experience & Qualifications
· 4–8 years of experience in sales, preferably within fintech, forex, CFDs, or financial services.
· Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
· Strong understanding of financial markets and online trading products is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
· Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
· Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
· Experience using CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
· Multilingual skills are an advantage, depending on the target market.
