**Job Summary**

We are hiring an experienced **Sales Manager – Dubai Real Estate** to lead, manage, and scale our sales team. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with strong Dubai property market knowledge and a proven record of driving high-performing sales teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage and lead a team of real estate sales executives

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Dubai real estate projects

* Drive off-plan and secondary market property sales

* Set targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure revenue goals are met

* Recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales agents

* Build strong relationships with developers, investors, and high-net-worth clients

* Track sales pipelines and performance using CRM systems

* Stay updated with Dubai real estate trends, RERA regulations, and competitor activity

**Requirements**

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales

* Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader

* Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills

* In-depth knowledge of off-plan and secondary market properties

* UAE driving license preferred
