Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires creating sales forecasts, producing performance reports, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the logistics and freight forwarding industry.


Qualifications

  • 10 years experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management in UAE
  • Ability to design and implement effective Sales Strategies and achieve targets
  • Knowledge of the Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain Management field*
  • *Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis and Problem-Solving
  • Adaptability, ability to work collaboratively in a team, and manage varying responsibilities
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in Tobacco Logistics and/or Airport GSE Handling is an added advantage
