Sales Manager (Onsite – Lahore | UAE Market)
Company: Shiny Surface Cleaning & Maintenance – Dubai
Type: Full-Time | Target-Based
Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (PKT)

Role:
Lead UAE sales operations, manage the sales team, drive lead generation, and close high-value deals to consistently achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor Sales Executives
• Set targets, track KPIs, and improve performance
• Generate and close leads (cleaning, maintenance, handyman, appliance repair services)
• Use CRM/SaaS tools and coordinate with the Dubai team

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of sales experience with team management
• Strong leadership and closing skills
• Experience in digital lead generation & CRM
• Target-oriented mindset

Compensation: Basic salary + commission + team incentives
Location: Onsite – Lahore | UAE Market

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
