experienced Real Estate Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team to success.



Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager

to manage and inspire our real estate sales team. The successful candidate will

be responsible for overseeing the team’s daily operations, setting clear goals,

and driving performance. This leadership role will require a proven track

record in real estate sales with significant experience within a real estate

developer firm, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.





Key Responsibilities:


  • Create an inspiring team environment with open communication and a positive culture.

  • Set clear team goals and monitor progress.

  • Delegate tasks effectively and manage deadlines.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the sales team.

  • Track and report on team performance metrics.

  • Motivate,mentor, and support team members to achieve their best results.

  • Identify training needs and provide coaching for team development.

  • Address feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team.

  • Recognize and reward high performance and celebrate team achievements.

  • Encourage creativity, risk-taking, and innovative solutions within the team.


Qualifications:



  • 10+ years proven track record in real estate sales, preferably with developer firm.

  • At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.

  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills

  • Ability to translate market data into actionable sales strategies.

  • Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office.
