Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client acquisition, solution presentation, business negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Develop a strong understanding of IT and telecom products and solutions, and communicate their value to clients.
  • Identify and coordinate internal and external resources (technical teams, operations, partners) to create tailored solutions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing solutions and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Collaborate across departments to align objectives and deliver seamless services.
  • Research industry trends and competitors, providing strategic recommendations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets, providing accurate forecasts and reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience with a track record of client development and deal closure.
  • Knowledge of IT and telecommunications solutions (enterprise communication, cloud, networking, managed services).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to coordinate resources across departments and partners.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and result-oriented, able to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
