We specialize in high-value residential and investment properties, serving international investors and high-net-worth individuals (HNWI).We are a growing company currently building our structure, partnerships, and market positioning from the ground up. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team, drive revenue growth, and support the company’s expansion in the Dubai real estate market. The role involves managing brokers, supporting deal closures, and ensuring that the sales team operates effectively in delivering premium property opportunities to international investors. The successful candidate will work closely with company leadership and play a key role in building a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, and manage real estate brokers and sales agents

  • Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Support brokers in negotiations and closing property transactions
  • Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve results
  • Develop relationships with developers and strategic partners
  • Coordinate with marketing and business development teams to generate qualified leads
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance and market activity Requirements 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Dubai market
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring a sales team
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Good understanding of the Dubai property market
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)

Compensation AED 8,000–12,000 base salary + commission structure (to be discussed)
