Job Description

AAA Distributor is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can motivate a team, manage sales performance, and build lasting relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
• Track sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
• Assist with large customer projects and support the sales team with quotes and closing deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and designers
• Identify new business opportunities and help grow the customer base
• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth order processing
• Work with management on promotions and sales initiatives

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales management (building materials, kitchen & bath, flooring, or home improvement industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to analyze sales performance and drive results
• Experience working with contractors or construction professionals is a plus
