NCRi Solutions is looking to hire a Sales Manager who will lead outbound sales activity alongside the SDR team while providing structured leadership, coaching, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate thrives on doing the work i.e. calling, outreach, pipeline building and is ready for a title and compensation upgrade.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in daily outbound activity alongside SDRs cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and personalized email campaigns.
- Personally manage a portion of the outbound pipeline; role is not limited to supervising or approving SDR activity.
- Manage, mentor, and coach the SDR team: conduct call reviews, set activity targets, and replicate winning behaviors across the team.
- Monitor dialer performance: connectivity rates, spam flag rates, answer rates; manage number rotation and dialer configuration to maximize live connections.
Reporting, Analytics & Tools
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales performance reports: activity volumes, meetings booked, pipeline coverage, SDR-level breakdowns, and connectivity metrics.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in data and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Maintain proficiency across all outbound tools: dialers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, email sequencing platforms, and CRM.
Key Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years in outbound B2B sales with a significant portion as a hands-on individual contributor (cold calling, prospecting) in BPO, tech consulting, or IT services.
- Proven North American market (US/Canada) prospecting and sales experience; familiarity with Middle Eastern (GCC) market is a plus.
- Sound understanding of dialer mechanics: spam call mitigation, number rotation, connectivity optimization, and answer rate improvement.
- Excellent spoken and written English; sharp, analytical, organized, and highly coachable. Prior team lead or mentoring experience required.
