Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and execution-focused Sales Manager to build and scale the sales function from scratch for a digital marketing and creative agency targeting UK and international markets.

This is a hands-on role requiring ownership of the full sales process, from outreach to closing and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a complete end-to-end sales strategy
  • Develop outbound systems across:
  • Cold calling
  • LinkedIn outreach
  • Email marketing
  • Create and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns
  • Generate and close deals with clients in the UK and other Western markets
  • Design and implement sales scripts, playbooks, and processes
  • Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Monitor and improve:
  • Call quality
  • Email outreach quality
  • Conversion rates
  • Establish a QA and audit system for continuous improvement
  • Track and report on key KPIs:
  • Leads generated
  • Appointments booked
  • Closing ratios
  • Revenue performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales within a digital marketing or creative agency
  • Strong track record in international B2B sales (UK/US markets preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Cold outreach (calls, LinkedIn, email)
  • Building sales processes from scratch

Ability to both:

  • Close deals
  • Build and lead a sales team
  • Strong understanding of services such as:
  • SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing
  • Web Development
  • High-end creative / DVC-level advertising campaigns
  • Data-driven mindset with focus on conversion optimization
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
