Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align strategies
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
• Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
• Knowledge of the UAE market is an advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Skills

• Experience in CRM tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
