Position : Sales Manager
Reporting To: General Manager

Sales Manager in the following duties & responsibilities:
- In charge of running a smooth, efficient, and profitable operations of the Sales.
- Responsible for presentation of budgets, sales forecasts, market studies, and business plan, including advertising, promotional campaigns, etc., for the division on a weekly basis and as when required by the management.
- Team Management: training and supervising the sales team to ensure they meet their targets.
- Sales Strategy Development: Creating sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyzing sales performance and using key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and anticipating their expectations.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Preparing accurate sales forecasts and reports for management on results and market trends.
- Continuous Training: Implementing training programs for the team to improve their skills and product knowledge.
- Attend exhibitions and fairs and represent the company in meetings with suppliers as deemed necessary, after obtaining approval from the management.
- Strict compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for preparing orders for the division's products, ensuring healthy stock levels upon obtaining the management’s approval.
- Prepare all necessary quotations and tenders and ensure timely submission, after obtaining the management’s approval
- Attend to any other assignments given by the management within the scope of the company's activities.
