About Makanat

Makanat is Saudi Arabia's first dedicated marketplace for the discovery, booking, and management of venues for events, filming, and production. The company serves a wide range of corporate clients, event organizers, and production houses across the Kingdom.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking to appoint an Account Executive to support the expansion of our commercial operations in either the Events vertical or the Visual Production vertical.

The Role

Reporting to the CEO, the Account Executive will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships within their designated vertical, with a focus on driving booking volume and contributing to the growth of Makanat's commercial portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and managing a portfolio of corporate accounts within the events or visual production sector

• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation, closing, and handover to operations

• Working collaboratively with internal teams to align platform offerings with client requirements

• Achieving agreed commercial targets and reporting on progress regularly

• Representing Makanat in industry meetings and engagements across the Kingdom

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development

• Established professional network within the Saudi events sector or visual production sector

• Demonstrated track record of achieving commercial targets and closing deals

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in Arabic and English

• Resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the ability to travel for client meetings as required
