We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our customer portfolio in the casting and forging industry.


Role Overview:

The role will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, identifying new market opportunities. This role requires strong technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and people leadership skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage and grow key customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to enhance sales planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline opportunities, and customer interactions using the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales operations, finance, and technical teams, to ensure consistent positioning within the market.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and client visits to promote company capabilities.
  • Lead the contract negotiation process and ensure adherence to commercial terms and delivery timelines.
  • Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure all sales activities are aligned with internal processes and quality standards.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Industrial Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in heavy industry, ideally within the casting and forging sector.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings, materials specifications, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proven track record in business development and key account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (Sales Force)
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Market segment to be more specific in the selection.
