We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our customer portfolio in the casting and forging industry.
Role Overview:
The role will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, identifying new market opportunities. This role requires strong technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and people leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Manage and grow key customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets.

Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to enhance sales planning.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline opportunities, and customer interactions using the CRM system.

Collaborate with sales operations, finance, and technical teams, to ensure consistent positioning within the market.

Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and client visits to promote company capabilities.

Lead the contract negotiation process and ensure adherence to commercial terms and delivery timelines.

Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.

Ensure all sales activities are aligned with internal processes and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Industrial Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)

Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in heavy industry, ideally within the casting and forging sector.

Strong understanding of technical drawings, materials specifications, and manufacturing processes.

Proven track record in business development and key account management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (Sales Force)

Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
