Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join the Eiger Marvel Human Resources Consultancies team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving our HR consultancy services, expanding our market reach, and managing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities within the HR and recruitment sector.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate clients.
• Represent Eiger Marvel’s "Ethical Recruitment" and "Zero-Fee" policy professionally in the market.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably within HR, Recruitment, or Professional Services.
• A robust, existing professional network within the UAE corporate sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
